Auto & moto parts
From carbon intakes for race cars, through replacing unobtainable plastics on classics, to sturdy camera mounts for motorcycles.
Performance with no compromise
Where ordinary plastics fail at temperatures over 100 °C or in the engine bay, composites with thermal resistance over 150 °C and near-aluminum strength step in. We'll design and print almost anything.
Materials for automotive
ASA
~95 °CMaximum UV resistance, won't deform in the sun. For exterior accessories and grilles.
PA12-CF
~150 °CExtreme strength and resistance to impact and chemicals (oil, brake fluid). For intakes and adapters.
PC (polycarbonate)
~115 °CThe most thermally stable polymer with high toughness. Near engine mounts.
TPU (flexible)
~80 °CFlexible for custom seals, caps and silent blocks.
What we print
Racing accessories
Aerodynamic elements, wheel covers, intake vents or gauge pods on the dashboard.
Classics & youngtimers
Reverse engineering — we scan, model and print historical plastic parts you can no longer buy.
